Suggest Treatment For Pain While Masturbating

I am having my penis problem since 1 months, my upper tip of the penis skin is sallowing and it does not move backward. I usually masterbate 1-2 times/ day and while masterbating pain in my tip of the skin happens. Also my color of the skin at the tip part is changed in to purple type.
Please help me out from this.
