Suggest Treatment For Pain While Stretching Left Foot

Hi its my left foot, it hurts to stretch my left foot up, it hurts on my left side of foot, and especially when I stretch/move big toe, hurts when I walk on laminated floor, I fell on some uneven pavement 8 weeks ago, twisting it, still worried it hurts, been for exray but still feels bad
