My daughter is 6 she has chapped and red around her private area so after her bath we put balmex on it an hour later she was still complaints that her pee pee hurt the hot water seems to be the only thing helping her. She keeps crying uncontrollable saying her pee pee hurts even after sitting in water she crus and says her pee pee hurts what do we do
