Suggest Treatment For Pain While Walking Due To Blood Clots In Groin And Calf

Hi, I have had 2 blood clots, 1 in the groin and the other in the left calf of my leg. I have a history of them in my family. my grandson just had one in his leg at the age of 24. my brothers had them in legs and lungs, m mother had an embolism . I have held off getting a knee replacement as my Dr. will not operate. He said I should find a high risk Dr. I waited for a long time and now I am bone on bone. I have been for quite awhile and have been getting cortisone shots which are wearing off. I just had 4 injections of ortho-visc gel. It helped a little on moving, but now I cannot walk very well. Could you tell me the best way to go from here?
