Suggest Treatment For Pain

I have a very painful headache, all over my head to the point that even my hair is sensitive to the touch. Also, back pain and now painful testicles. The backpain has been with me for a few weeks, the headache i've had for about 4 days and this morning my testicles hurt too. HELP!
