Suggest Treatment For Painful Abscesses On Body And Eye Infection

My husband has been getting these absesses on his body where there s hair that come out green and there seems to be a cluster of them in each spot and they are very painful. He also has an eye infection that shows as swollen puffy painful lids. It seems like there is an infection in his body coming out.
