Suggest Treatment For Painful And Sensitive Clitoris

Hi, I'm a 29 year old woman and recently when I pee it really stings. Also my clitoris has become incredibly painful and sensitive. So much so if I touch it it brings tears to my eyes! I think I need to go see a doctor but would be grateful for online help first.
