Suggest Treatment For Painful Arm And Hand Started After Having Blood Transfusion

I have been having left arm n hand pain for Over 1year. It all started when I needed blood transfusion due to heavy periods. I have had the blood transfusion but I am having pain in left arm and hand ever since especially walking n doing house work. Get restless n get palpitations too. Been going back n forward to doctors but nothing is been done. Could you please help. Thanku
