Suggest Treatment For Painful Blisters On Lower Abdomen

Hi, I have recently found some what seem to be blood blisters on my lower abdomen and they are quite painful when my pants press against them or when I bend down. When they pop they also release quite a bit of blood. There is no puss in them and was wondering what could cause this and what can I do to cure/prevent it.
