Suggest Treatment For Painful Boil In Pubic Area

Hi, I have an extremely painful boil looking spot just by my bikini line. I'm in agony as when I stand up and walk my other leg touches against it. I've tried to squeeze it after applying warm cotton pads to it but only a tiny bit came out and it hurts to even touch it.
