Suggest Treatment For Painful Boil On Inner Thigh

Hi , i have a boil on my inner thigh wich is very painfull . It has drained by it self ans the doctor gave me some atibiotics to treat it . i would just like to know what does it look like when it is healing ? and how do i know if there is any more pus in it
