Suggest Treatment For Painful Boil On Scrotum

hello i need help!!! a few days ago i got a boil on my arm..i made a mistake and squeeze it before am ready that boil is fine but last night another boil came up on my scrotum sac my inner thigh close to my groin has a slight pain and this after i got a fever....what should i do ..anti botics?
