Suggest Treatment For Painful Boils On Buttocks And Legs

i have been suffering with huge boils on my body for the last 2 months, mainly on my bottom cheeks and legs, how can i get rid of them? do i need antibiotics to clear this up as ive tried everything and nothing is working from home and shops and its very painful and making me depressed.
