Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruising Left Side Of Ribs

I take rozavel 5 for colastrol , selomax 25/2.5 for blood pressure and reclide mr 30 twice daily for blood sugar. I had a fall and had a bruise on my left side ribs and was in severe pain. Doctor prescribed narcogen forte half tab thrice daily and zacy mr 4 twice daily . Please advise if these pain killer medicines are ok to take with my 3 regular medicine thanks ashok
