Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump After Ear Piercing Closed

Hi, I recently had my ear cartilage pierced. The piercing bled profusely when first done (professionally) and was always irritated and seemed to have gotten infected, which is when I decided to remove the earring. Now, I think the hole closed up and I have a bump both in the front and back of my cartilage, the front bump is black and only painful if slight pressure is applied to the bump. What should I do?
