Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump On Buttocks

Not too long ago I developed a painful bump, possibly dime-sized or bean-sized, on my inner butt cheek. It is painful to squeeze, and has not changed much or reduced at all, no matter what I try. I have no idea what it is or what caused it. Any suggestions?
