Suggest Treatment For Painful Bumps On Torso

I am a healthy 61 year old woman who has developed either pimples or some other kind of skin sore on my chest and torso. I ve tried many OTC acne ointments with no change. The bumps on my torso have increased in number and are painful to the touch. I ve had labs done to see if I had an allergy since I ve been experiencing periods of rashes on my calves on occasion. Lab results were normal. I m a hot mess I think!
