Suggest Treatment For Painful Buttocks Along With Numb Knees

my daughter was practising the splits and we heard a crunching sound and she began crying immediately and complaining of acute pain in one side of her butt and a numb sensation above the knee. Has she torn the muscle, what can we do ? She is in shock at the moment, her ears are ringing and having laid down on her bed she is desperately trying not to move. Other than ibuprofen what is our best course of action ?
