Suggest Treatment For Painful Calcium Deposits In Leg

9 years ago I broke my tibia and fibula of my right leg. the tibia was clean and the fibula has a double break, looking like a piece sort of fell out. a titanium rod was put in my tibia. at the spot of the break, I developed a calcium deposit. it recently has gotten much larger and is becoming more and more painful. there also seems to be some swelling in the general area. I'm not sure if I should go see someone or who that person would even be. I have since moved over 6 hours from my original orthopedic surgeon.
