Suggest Treatment For Painful Callus On The Foot

Hello, I have a question for you. I have a very painful callus on the ball of my foot, that won't go away. I have tryed everything. What can I do to get rid of it. I have had it for about 9 years. I got it went I was pregnate with my son, they had to stick a needle in my foot to drain fluids.
