Suggest Treatment For Painful Clitoris

Hi about two days ago my clitourus started to hurt whIle examining it I see that some how I cute my clitourus. Just me walking hurats and my pants and underwear rubbing against it doesn't make it any better.

How long will it take it to heal. And is there anything I can do to make it lass irritated?
