Suggest Treatment For Painful Cramps And Irregular Periods

I think I have ovarian cyst. I had 2 miscarriages in 4 months. Have extreme pain on right side. Was told at first pregnancy I have cyst on my right ovary ( Oct 2010). Since then have irregular periods, extreme fatigue and painful cramps and pain on my right side. This month no period at all and pain for 5 days.
