Suggest Treatment For Painful Cyst On Back Of The Neck During Pregnancy

I have a cyst on the back of my neck. Its extremely painful. It is reoccuring and i have had it removed once before. Im concerned because now i am in my third trimester of pregnancy and the doctors did not want to operate bc of my pregnancy. But nevertheless it is painful and uncomfortable. What can i do?
