Suggest Treatment For Painful Cyst On The Buttocks

Hi there I have a pilonidal cyst (actually I think I have 2) on each butt cheek right next to each other at the top of the midline. Anyway, I was looking for some way to relieve the pain from it because I've been taking 4 ibeuprofin and it's not doing anything for my pain.. I read one story where a guy used grapefruit seed extract in the bathtub he said it popped in half an hour and hasn't occurred since. But I can't get any of that right now so can you teccomend any other methods to relieve my pain? Ice maybe? Or a hot bath? Just anything so I don't have to suffer as much. I'd really appreciate any advice, thank you - jody
