Suggest Treatment For Painful Hip Along With Difficulty Walking Post Injury

I fell while on my bike about 5 hours ago & landed hard on my left hip. I was able to bike another 15 miles or so to get home. No obvious bruise or bleeding but now weight bearing & walking is becoming more and more painful. Could this be a hip pointer? Or some bone issue?
