Suggest Treatment For Painful Incision Site Post Vasectomy

I had a vasectomy 3 weeks ago, and had major UTI symptoms, which turned out to be my prostate. I was beginning to feel better on antibiotics. One morning I peed, shook, and squeezed the rest out. When I did, the left incision site hurt terribly and I've had testicular and groin pain on that left side ever since. What could be wrong?
