Suggest Treatment For Painful Intercourse And Vaginal Bleeding

I have been having pain from intercourse and sometime light bleeding during when I am not on my period. It seems to be very painful an will last an hour at times. This does not happen every time but more often than I have ever experienced. My pelvic region is sometimes sensitive to the touch and I have lower back pain a lot .
