Suggest Treatment For Painful Itchy Lump On Toe

Hi. I came up with a massive itchy lump on my toe about a month ago, the lump went down and now the past week my toe has swollen up is extremely painful to walk on, is unbelievably itchy and red. I can t bend my toes and they is alot of pressure in that one toe and the pain is starting to spread all across that side of my foot.
