Suggest Treatment For Painful Itchy Sores On Perineum

I have a few sore by bumps on my perineum. They itch and look like the have fluid in it but i cant seem to drain it because of the amount of pain im in. I went to the gyn and he said he couldnt give me anything until he gets test results back. I havent had sex in four months. What can i do to relieve the pain and itching?
