Suggest Treatment For Painful Leg

My mother taking maxgalin 75 for last seven days on for pain in left leg.after few days she feels quite relax.but after that suddenly she feels so much of pain in the same area.then we go to the doctor.he suggest to take dyna par aq.but after taking this injection. There is no result at all.now I am very worried what should I do. Please help me.
