Suggest Treatment For Painful Menstruation

Hi I had and operation the 7th of January fibroids remove and before the operation I was on zoladex injection to reduce the side of the fibroid then after the operation my period came one month later it was so painfull then I had the prostap to stop me from bleeding since then I'm still bleeding it's been 1month now. I'm so worry since , I want to know what is going on
