Suggest Treatment For Painful Mole On My Neck

hello im 23 years old medium build as far as i am aware healthy. today my wife pointed out that i have two moles on the back and side of my neck and they have only just appeared to my knowlege one doesnt bother me but the other one is quite painfull when i touch it
