Suggest Treatment For Painful Neck And Shoulders With Stiffness

i am laying in bed, my neck, shoulders and back are extremely stiff and painful. my buttox is also having alot of pain (i will move when the pain lets up) my legs are very heavy, numb, prickly feeling and a feeling like they are on fire. i have pain and stiffness 24/7. daily things around the house are challenging for me, cooking, shower, driving. doctors can't figure it out. i cry daily...thanks for listening. bp
