Suggest Treatment For Painful Nodules On Buttocks

I have symmetrical nodules located on the outer upper third of each of my butt cheeks. It is located deep without any outer skin being affected for at least a month. No trauma. There has been some hip pain involved. One on right is quite pronounced.
