Suggest Treatment For Painful Periods

hi, um, i have really painful periods (im 14). i also have ME. my periods physically stop me from doing anything for the first 3 days before i start, and after i started. my GP has said that i can try alot of these different painkillers to help. but none are actually taking a fraction of the pain away. have you got any ideas i could try?
