Suggest Treatment For Painful Pimple On The Anus

Hello Doc,

Since two weeks I felt a pimple kind of boil in the upper end of anus which used to pain while passing motion. Applying Protosedyl did not help much so visited GP who advised Cremagel. Post applying Cremagel for a day, my pain has increased, there is severe pain and nerve pull effect in the region and I feel pain / weakness in bum, thighs and lower back. I am taking pain killer to overcome the pain. What should I do now? Please advise
