Suggest Treatment For Painful Rashes On Thighs

dermatology question. Inside my thigh I have a rash that is highly painful it comes and goes. I also have lichen sclerosus on my vagina that is in check with medication clobetasol propionate cream. I have used this medication on my rash located on my underwear line. sometimes it helps usually it takes the sting away but not the rash. My GYN said it is because I am over weight
