Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Bumps On Breast

hello, i have a red bump on my breast that has been growing since last week. It started with a little odd shaped oval like spot, kind of bumpy and swollen a little bit, but not pimple like. started the size of half a dime, it has now grown to the size of a lemon from the side of my right breast, dark red in the middle, almost red / purple and has like a little red oval very large circle that is starting to reach the nipple area and all olong the side. it hurts so bad, the movement of walking, laying typing, I threw up it has made me nauseous. I can feel the pain constantly. I think it is going into the nerve ending. It has partial layer of skin, like shedding from where it started... Very odd, but cannot deal with the pain. Any idea of what that could be. I can feel in my arm, under my breast and it is hot to the touch.
