Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Rings Under Toe Nails

second toe on left foot and third toe on right foot have red rings just under the nails and are very painful...just got back from overseas, 17 hour flights and feet and ankles were swollen full day after trip, Today went walking/jogging, then tennis...right before pain began.
