Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Spot Inside Labia Minora

I have a red spot right inside labia minora area. It is flat, red and gives a burning sensation on left side only. I've had it 2 years but the pain is staying now. My doctor did not mention it in Feb and I had forgotton about it till now because it is painfull now
