Suggest Treatment For Painful Sensation In Sternum And Constant Sneezing

I have a weird somewhat painful sensation in sternum when bending over or sneezing consistently. At times I ll just be sitting thete and I can feel a throb coming from the area and my chest tenses up. I ve been having it for the last couple of years and my Drs have t really focused on it when I ask. What could it be?
