Suggest Treatment For Painful Sore Throat, Cough And Extreme Body Pain

Good evening, I have a very painful soarthroat and it is particularly painful when I swallow. I am also coughing. I have taken soarthroat tablets but it does not seem to help. I have no voice... Is there anything that I should take to help with the soarthroat? I have been off work for three days because it started with temperature and pain in my whole body as well as sparthroat... Would you recommend something such as honey with teatree essential oil? or is there a syrup? I am really in pain and need my voice back for monday....Many thanks for your advice.
