Suggest Treatment For Painful Spots On The Buttocks

i have really painful spots on my bum cheeks, its not many, and i usually get it one every week, it comes out as a really small tiny spot, but then the surrounding area becomes really very painful after a day or two and it also becomes hard but painful at the same time. i really dont understand why i keep getting these spots, its really irritating and i want them to go away!
