Suggest Treatment For Painful Stomach And Back While Having Gallstones

I have been having gall bladder attacks sporatically for the past two years. This time it has been over a month and I can eat no fat at all. Very painful and in my stomach and my back. I have had two hydascans and they tell me that my gall bladder is working, but full of stones. Is it time to have it out?
