Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Spot On Buttocks

I have a painful swelling spot on my anus. It does not like like any pictures of hemorroids of any type that i have found online. It is long and Kind of thin right at the anal opening. It is pink in color and quite painful. I have tried siths baths to no avail. what could this be?
