Suggest Treatment For Painful Thigh

I ve had severe pain in my left front thigh, up close to my hip. So painful it wakes me up. I m using hydro codeine ,tramadol and OTC Ibuprofen for the pain. I ve had this pain for 10 days and it seems to be worse. I m making an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow. Any thoughts as to what I can do in the meantime? Thank you, Elizabeth.
