Suggest Treatment For Painful Umbilical Hernia Along With Itchy Belly Button Area

When.pregnant with my first child in 2021-2012 I got an umbilical hernia. I was due to have this repaired however I became.pregnant again. I had my second child.in March 2014. First child was 9lb 8 oz and second child was 9lb 11oz. I have recently began to get more pain from the hernia even when I have not eaten and have now developedal itching around the belly button area. Is this normal and what could.it mean?
