Suggest Treatment For Painful Warts Around The Penis

I m using podoflim on warts around my penis. I used it 1-2 time a day for 3 days and I have a lot of redness and on the left side close to my body it has killed some of my skin as it is white and very sore. I have been using cream to try to calm the pain. Is there anything else I should do? And I have stopped using podoflim
