Suggest Treatment For Painful White Bump On Right Areola

For a couple of months, I had a white bump on my right areola. It suddenly turned red and painful. I saw an obgyn who wasn t sure what it was, but put me on antibiotics and said to come back if it wasn t better in a week. Since starting antibiotics, it has become itchy. Any ideas?
