Suggest Treatment For Painful,red,pimple Like Spots In Stomach

My 3 year old has pimple like spots on his stomach they have large red welted areas around them, after they appear they get a small brown dot in the middle and them go away after a few days There have been about 6 total over 5 days, all in the same area he says they are painful. they do not seem to be itchy
